The preliminary agenda for the Cord Blood Connect international congress has been published on the CBA website.
The agenda provides a wide spectrum of content for everyone in the cord blood and cord tissue community, whether their interest is advances in therapies or in-service training and education.
Many of the scientific and technical sessions are in concurrent tracks, so registrants can choose the topics most pertinent to their interests. Participant interaction, networking and idea exchange will be woven into the congress structure.
The vision for the annual congress has taken root as an international hub for all facets of cord blood and perinatal banking, therapies and research. Whereas last year’s inaugural congress celebrated how far we have come in 30 years of transplantation, this year the focus is decidedly the future.
Early registrations are strong, and industry partners are again stepping forward with major support:
Cord Blood Registry/California Cryobank Life Sciences
National Marrow Donor Program
The enthusiastic corporate participation is helping to keep registration fees low so that cord blood banks and organizations can send teams of staff to the congress.
